Bubble Check revealing a tire tread leak with bubbles

Spray-on tire leak detector

Make the
leak show
itself.

Spray the suspect area. Watch one clean bubble mark the leak. No dunk tank needed.

SPRAYWATCHMARKFIX

The largest independent tire retailer in the country uses it.

Slow leaks waste fast minutes.

Stop searching the whole tire.

Bubble Check goes to the leak and shows the tech the exact point that is losing air. The low-foam formula works on tires, inner tubes, and water-compatible shop compressed-air components.

Test before teardown

Find it before the wheel comes off.

A dunk-tank check starts after the wheel is off the vehicle. Bubble Check lets the tech target visible tread, bead, valve, and TPMS service points first. If the bubbles mark the leak, the next step starts with a location instead of a guess.

What it finds

Five tire and tube suspects.

  1. 01Tread puncturesNails, screws, and small road damage.
  2. 02TPMS service pointsLeaks around the sensor and valve assembly.
  3. 03Valve stemsSlow seeps that are easy to miss.
  4. 04Bead leaksThe line where tire and wheel have to seal.
  5. 05Inner tubesNo known tube-material or application limitations.

One bottle. No tank.

Bring the test to the tire.

01

Target the area.

Spray the tread, bead, valve, TPMS service point, inner tube, or water-compatible compressed-air component you need to check.

02

Watch the surface.

The escaping air builds a clean bubble right over the leak.

03

Mark and repair.

The tech gets the location before the tire leaves the vehicle.

Before it goes in the bay

What the bottle can, and cannot, tell you.

How do you use Bubble Check?

Spray the suspect tread, bead, valve, or TPMS service point. Escaping air builds bubbles at the leak so the tech can mark the location and move to the repair procedure.

Can I test while the wheel is still on the vehicle?

Often, yes, when the suspect area is visible and reachable. Access depends on the leak location and the vehicle. Follow the shop's normal inspection and safety procedure.

Does it replace every dunk-tank test?

No. Bubble Check is a targeted first check, not a reason to skip a required diagnostic step. It can give the tech a location before the wheel comes off.

Why use a low-foam formula?

The formula is built to keep the bubble signal concentrated at the escaping air instead of covering the whole test area in suds.

Can I use it on inner tubes?

Yes. Bubble Check is supported for inner-tube leak detection. CHAOS has no known limitation based on tube material or application.

Can I use it on shop compressed-air systems?

Yes. Bubble Check is supported for use on hoses, quick couplers, fittings, tanks, and tire-machine air systems. Materials compatible with water are likely to be compatible with the formula.

What can be said about chloride?

No raw materials specifically containing free chloride ions are intentionally added. Residual sodium chloride may be present from the softened water used in production.

Does CMIT/MIT make it a skin sensitizer?

CMIT/MIT is present below 1 percent and below the concentration that triggers a skin-sensitization classification. SDS 1.0013 lists no skin-sensitization hazard. Follow the SDS and continue using eye protection and gloves.

Which applications remain excluded?

CHAOS does not claim refrigerant, propane, natural-gas, oxygen, or nitrox service because no specific testing, approvals, or certifications are available for those uses.

Where can I try it?
